Plithgoenic Fuzzy Risk Management and Plithgoenic Fuzzy IT Service Management
Main Article Content
Abstract
Plithogenic sets describe each element by facetwise (attribute-driven) membership degrees and a contradiction function on the facet domain. Upside-Down Logic provides a disciplined transformation that interchanges truth and falsity by systematically inverting evaluations while maintaining coherence of the underlying context. Risk management concerns the identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential losses so that organizational objectives are less affected. IT service management (ITSM) concerns the design, delivery, operation, and continual improvement of IT services so that business needs are met effectively, efficiently, and consistently. In this paper we introduce the notions of Plithogenic Fuzzy Risk Management and Plithogenic Fuzzy IT Service Management and analyze their basic structural properties. In addition, using the viewpoint of U-Sets and U-Structures, we briefly discuss uncertainty-domain extensions, namely Uncertain Risk Management and Uncertain IT Service Management.
