Neutrosophic Optimization and Intelligent Systems (NOIS) does not charge manuscript submission fees.

According to the official Sciences Force LLC fee schedule, the standard Article Processing Charge (APC) for NOIS is USD 500, with a publisher-announced waiver for 2026.

Authors are not invoiced for an APC before editorial acceptance. The applicability of the 2026 waiver to manuscripts spanning different calendar years must be confirmed in writing by the publisher before invoicing.

The publisher also maintains policies for need-based and affiliation-based fee assistance. Waiver or discount requests may be submitted during the submission process or before invoicing. Requests are handled confidentially by authorized administrative personnel.

The publisher's published refund terms govern eligible cancellations, failures of production or publication, and payments already made. Authors should consult these terms before payment.

NOIS does not charge authors for corrections, expressions of concern, retractions, or editorial notices required to protect the scholarly record.

Publication charges and waiver eligibility do not influence peer review, editorial decisions, or acceptance. Online access to published articles remains free of charge.
